Exam Time could be stressful, sleeping early and waking up early for study would keep your mind fresh. Meditation, breathing and physical exercise could also help. Dark Chocolate and chewing gum is proven to reduce stress levels. Regular Meals and breaks during studies is important. Keep away from negative thoughts like "What if I fail in the Exam?". Caffeine increases anxiety and should be avoided.

During the exam, Read the instructions carefully before starting, Start with answers you know first and skip the ones you're not sure about, when you're running out of time- do not panic and just write the main pointers.
