So, basically I want to be a software entrepreneur so I planned to complete B.tech and then work as a software engineer for some years to gain experience and then start my own business .But I found that there is no option to pursue B.tech if I choose commerce whereas I have not that much interest in science which can provide me the opportunity to pursue B.tech and I also may have to do M.B.A to aquire some business skills which I need not do if I take commerce,so is there any degree equivalent to B.tech in case of Commerce?.....I'll be grateful if you could help me out with this problem ?And also suggest something appropriate...

BBA in marketing would be suitable if you want to become a tech entrepreneur and later do MBA in IT. So choose a commerce degree if you want to get into business.
